• Negotiation and monitoring of contracts with service providers;
  • Review of the performance of service providers;
  • Ensuring that properties are maintained in compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, and that records are available and up-to-date;
  • Meeting with tenants to discuss planned works / maintenance needs and ensuring effective communication;
  • Visiting properties on a regular basis to ensure standards are being maintained, site inspections are conducted and reports are completed for all properties;
  • Drafting the service charge budgets.
